Tien Peng, Assoc AIA, PMP, LSSBB, LEED bd+c is a change agent who enabled a decarbonized concrete industry and a six-fold growth for the home-building industry by deploying world-class continuous improvement model. He now focuses his expertise on connecting social purpose with performance to support cross-industry innovation and improve asset optimization.
Nora Daley-Peng, ASLA, AICP, LEED bd+c is a micromobility planner and landscape architect who champions a place‐based approach to create sustainable communities that support smart mobility, lively commerce, social equity, and healthy ecosystems. She recognizes the value of public involvement in developing a shared vision of transportation networks and creating street design solutions.
